This course explores how Automist can be used to help small business owners who rent sleeping accommodation keep their buildings safe and compliant with the Fire safety order.

This primarily focusses on Holiday lets and properties used as Air bnb accommodation. These are typically domestic properties that would normally require minimal fire safety measures. Once a property is rented as sleeping accommodation, a fire risk assessment must be carried out, consideration must be given to providing a safe means of escape without relying on escape windows.

This course should take less than 15 minutes to complete
